The annual Inter-Dojo Tournament was held on Saturday, January 19 at the Winona Family YMCA.

This event provides an opportunity for all of us - competitors, officials, volunteers - to practice our skills.

Competition and
participation can be
important learning tools on the Karate-Do path.
While trophies and
medals do little to build us as karateka, the
process of facing your fears and performing
under pressure  as a
competitor, or making the commitment of time and energy as an official or volunteer do add to our growth.

As in anything else, the first step is the most
important -
Show up!

Thanks to all the
competitors, officials,
volunteers and parents who helped make this
event a success.
